Produced across the Anjou area, Rosé d'Anjou is an off-dry rosé made from a range of Anjou grape varieties in which grolleau holds pride of place, alongside gamay, cabernets, côt and pineau d'Aunis. It is a popular wine, with an intense pink hue and a soft palate.

The style of the wines

Light, supple and fruity, Rosé d'Anjou plays on charm and simplicity. Its gentle sweetness makes it an easy-drinking wine for the aperitif or the terrace, best served well chilled and drunk within two years of the harvest, at its brightest.
